Cup leaking!

I’m currently using the sensitive lena cup or whatever it’s called, last period I didn’t have any issues at all. I had it leak one time and it was because it wasn’t sealing. This period I’m having issues with leaking EVERY time! I have tried different folds, placing it higher/lower, gently tugging to make sure it’s sealing, feeling to make sure all of the sides are popped open etc. does anyone have any advice?? Really bumming me out since I love the cup minus the leaking issue and don’t want to go back to tampons :(
