4DPO w/ diarrhea & nausea, common?

This will be my 6th month TTC, this month being the first using pre-seed. Today I am 4DPO according to glow, an had extreme gas when I first woke up, leading to diarrhea. Completely fine aside from that. Then a few hours later while I was at work, I got into a hot-spell, then a bit of nausea and vomiting. After that, I was A-Okay and have been good to go ever since. Is it common to have either of these as a pregnancy symptom so early on? Btw, sorry if tmi!!
