18 days late!!!!!!

Hey ladies!! I was on the depo shot for 2 years with bleeding every 3 months when my shot was due. I decided to stop getting the shot when it was due in December. I then bled for 20 days and had normal 28-30 days cycles January, February, and March! I am now 18 days late with lots of negative hpt and 1 negative blood test 4 days ago. My nipples have been extremely sore, very gassy, terrible headaches, lots of uncomfortable cramping, and lower back aches for 2 weeks now. My body just definitely doesn’t feel normal. Feels like AF could come any day now but nada. I’m just so frustrated!! Anyone else have something similar happen?
