Early Signs

Okay, ive been having mild cramping in my lower abdominal area, and ive had heartburn, and headaches, and been extremely thirsty, going to the bathroom a lot because of how much ive been drinking, been getting hot, and my appetite is out the roof, and my acne is awful! Its only been a week since my ovulation day, and 6 days since we've had sex, is it too early for these to be symptoms of being pregnant? I have 1 week exactly till AF is supposed to show, but usually i just cramp really bad all over, and this time I'm having all these symptoms, and my cramping is mild and only on my left side
