Discharge questions, please help

Ladies-

I am a nervous wreck.

I am on my third pregnancy (two previous early miscarriages) and I’m experiencing strange discharge / discoloring when I wipe.

There’s no actual mucus. The toilet paper is either very light pink or bring orange.

My first miscarriage I had an actual glob of orange come out when I peed and then my first ultrasound showed the pregnancy wasn’t viable.

My second miscarriage there were no signs, I just saw that the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks during my 10 week ultrasound.

Does anyone have experience with discharge and miscarrying? I know everyone is different. I’m just looking for some insight.

I’m so worried.
