I posted in another group with no help....

So initially Af was due on May 5th Glow has typicwlly been spot on. However this month based on my ovulation test it chnaged the date to May 8th. This week I have had pinching cramps and been more gassy then usual just achey back and tired. Could this be af coming next week?

Any advice?
