HELP😩
so 2 weeks ago i recently got off the nexplanon and decided not to be on any birth control . i have not started my period yet im 20 days late and ive been very bloated with major headaches and back pain. no sore breast or anything. But today i just started spotting. i mean i took a pregnancy test the other day but it came out negative.. any ideas on whats going on or if this is normal... i need some opinions
