Is it ovulation that causes the pinching or implantation!?

Its implantation that causes the pinching. Happened for me about a week after ovulation.

I've had pinching sensation on my left side inbetween hip bone and belly button. feels a little bit like stitch? I think I ovulated early of day 10/11 and now cd 22, af not due for another 8 days and BFN yesterday... so confusing!!

I'm on CD19 and my periods are never regular due to PCOS and got the same thing yesterday (CD18) with my what I believe to be two positive OPKS but after the pinching feeling on my left side I still had a little bit of not irritation but just a weird sensation in the area to. wishing the best that this is my month!!!💞
