Gestational diabetes U.K.
Failed my glucose tolerance test and I’m so sad about it. I have no idea what I’m supposed to cut as all I eat is carbs and drink milk 😭 was recommended to join a Facebook group which I have done and they all seem really supportive, but reading the posts has freaked me out.
Anyone else in the U.K. with GD ?!
