Yes, depending on the person. Some women can get pregnant at fricken 400 pounds, others cannot.

It can, but I think it depends on the person. Some overweight or obese women get pregnant, but some don’t. It’s probably helpful to trying a healthier lifestyle, but nothing drastic, that can make you stop ovulating. I was a normal weight with my 1st pregnancy, but conceived 3 other times while being overweight.

I’m 5’9 and weighed 260 and conceived my first month trying. I read a ton about getting down to a healthy weight to increase chances of conceiving but clearly didn’t hinder us.

Depends on how overweight you are...I’m overweight but I conceived no problem. I’m also not morbidly obese, and I’m pretty sure that can affect things
