Am I having pregnancy symptoms???HELP!!!

So the other day I posted on Facebook what all I’ve been going through and someone said that I might be pregnant. Pregnancy didn’t pop into my head until then. And then more people said they believe it might be also. So the past two weeks we’ll almost three I’ve been having UTI like symptoms but I went to the doctor and my culture came back negative. I then went to my doctor and explained everything to her. I have lost five pounds and I eat a lot and now I’m around 101 lbs. I don’t know how though and I can’t get my weight to go back up no matter how much I eat or force myself to. Hunger hits me all of a sudden and it’s like I’m hungry and I’m hungry right then. But when I do eat it only takes a little bit to fill me up. I feel like I have to pee all the time and I’ll have cramps in my lower area. I’ve been trying for so long so idk if it’s just me or if I’m actually pregnant. I just have the feeling also. Like I just know but my body could be fooling its self. HELP ANYONE I NEED IT BAD. ITS LIKE A WEEK TILL MY PERIOD AND I E HAD THESE SYMPTOMS FOR WEEKS AND SOMETIMES THEY JUST GO AWAY. (like the UTI it seems to go away on its own.)
