Soon to be ex husband wants

So my soon to be ex husband wants well over half of my paycheck coming in about a week when he has already kicked me and my four year old daughter out of the house and stated that he wanted a divorce he claims it’s so he can square away the remaining rent owed to the landlord when I don’t even live there anymore and have already paid well over half a months rent he’s acting like I was the bad guy when I haven’t done anything wrong I’ve done everything he’s asked done things I wasn’t comfortable with including falsifying a police report to keep him from getting into trouble with his PO he claims all that I’ve done was lie when all I did was speak the truth fact #1 well over half the sex we have had wasn’t consensual I had told him no and he still proceeded anyway despite me telling him no and trying to get him off of me fact #2 he’s bruised my youngest daughter who is now over six months old fact #3 he’s harsh to the animals and has thrown my dog a many of times and at one point he threw my dog against a wall that had an 1 and 1/3 inch of concrete wall and created a hole and yet he wants my money that I need and took my youngest and sent her to his moms he’s made me lose my car so I have no vehicle to transport myself and four year old whenever we need to go somewhere he made me lose my jobs both of them I’m sorry if I’m ranting on and on I’m just extremely P/O about it
