ALL OPINIONS WELCOME

my man and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year now. we've been together for 4.5 years. I have been having on and off nausea, slightly sore boobs, (I think they have gotten a little bigger) ,tired as hell all the time but it's hard to fall asleep and when I do fall asleep it's crazy dreams. I am currently 13dpo and have taken tests since 10dpo and they have all been negative😶 I know I'm not out of luck until af arrives but I cant help but think I'm pregnant. I feel different.. ugh. any imput would be extremely helpful. I'm driving myself crazy. thanks in advance!
