Nipples sore...

So I’m 13 days late. All tests have been negative. I’m having no symptoms of anything. The only thing New is that my nipples have been sore for about two weeks. For a day I had tiny little cramps but only for a few hours. I had a weird semi sore tightening feeling in my stomach for two days but nothing else. I’m just so confused. My period is always regular and to the day. I’m not stressed or anything. Should I get a blood test or Just keep waiting?
