Nauseous or hungry??

I’m 6 weeks and some days pregnant and I have no idea if I’m nauseous or hungry! 😫
The struggle is REAL.

I have to try remember when I have eaten, and usually have to eat every two hours. The struggle is real, I am sick of eating 😭😭😭

This is me right now, I am 4 weeks and 2 days. If I don't eat any food, I get wicked nauseous. So I try to eat things I like through out the day. I still get hunger pains if I don't eat.

I was the same way. Try sucking on a mint or a lifesaver. Whenever I was nauseous that would help it go away.. and if it didn’t then I knew I was just hungry.
