How are everyone's naps?

How are everyone's little ones naps? my sweetheart takes 4 naps a day in her crib for only 30 min. If she sleeps in her swing, it could be 2 hours, but I like to keep her used to her crib. Luckily she sleeps 10-12 hours at night, so i cant complain too much. But I know in the next month or so, she will have to transition to 3 naps, but I'm thinking it's impossible cause she NEVER sleeps more than a half hour no matter what after following her sleepy cues.

My daughter takes 2 long naps a day, they average an hour to 3.5 hours. And she takes a cat nap in the evening before her bath time and that’s usually for half an hour. I also can’t complain, she sleeps 10-12 hours and wakes up once to twice for a feeding and a diaper change during the night. Once she’s fed, she goes right back to sleep.

I tried the crib for naps for awhile too and same thing... would only sleep 30-40 minutes at a time and would wake up mad as could be. So she’s been napping in the auto rock n play and she sleeps 2 or more hours at a time. She’ll occasionally wake up after 30ish minutes but will usually go right back to sleep for another hour or so. She loves it. And since I work from home, it allows me the much needed time to get my stuff done. Once she transitions to one nap/day, then I’ll probably move her to her crib.

My LO sleeps for 30 min for his naps as well. Drives me nuts because I really can’t get him on a good schedule. But I heard it’s a developmental thing. They start to consolidate naps around 6 months.

Ours used to take 5 30 min naps a day no matter what we did. Now he is sleeping really well at night in his crib and he is down to one really short cat nap in the morning and then two longer naps. He went from the 5 to that overnight it seemed so maybe yours will do that when she is ready. Not sure what advice I have because we were in the same boat. I guess one thing we tried was if he woke up after 30 min and wasn’t fussy we would just leave him in the crib and sometimes he started putting himself back to sleep (would take up to 20 min but he wasn’t fussy) and sleep for another hour.
