Those bad days...

Alright ladies I need some help! I’ve been feeling really crappy lately. I go to the gym almost 5 days a week and try not to veer away from my nutrition plan, but I still have days where I feel like I’ve been hit with a bus. When I say hit with a bus I don’t mean physically I mean mentally. I am either to tired to get up or I’m completely unmotivated with a dash of insecurity. Don’t get me wrong I’m proud of myself for my accomplishments, but I’m 5’2” and sometimes the extra weight gets to me. I went from weighing 230lbs to now 180, which has neither gone up nor down this being my fault as I got distracted with college and work. But I’m not the type to give up so if y’all can give me some suggestions on how get through the hard times or even to boost my mood about keeping up with this process that would be greatly appreciated!
