Safe exercises for early pregnancy
Hello everyone! I just found out that I’m pregnant a few days ago. I started trying to diet and work out about 3 weeks ago. I’ve been off an on since then but now that I’m pregnant, I really want to be healthy for me and my baby. I quit smoking immediately after I found out and I’ve been going on 1-2 30-45 minute walks every day but I’d like to add more exercise into my daily routine. I’m not so sure how the dieting thing is going to work out because my nausea refuses to let me go without a snack lol. I’d really like to hear your weight loss stories so I can try to add more to my routine! 😊 Thank you all in advance 🖤
