Bleeding after masturbation

So, I was using my dildo today, as one does, and it was a little painful, so I stopped. Later I noticed that there was a little bit of blood in my underwear. I’m not a virgin, it wasn’t my first time using my dildo, and I used lube. Am I bleeding because I hurt myself? Could I have caused a tear in my vagina?
