Nose-bleeding

Hi, is anyone facing nose bleeding during 16th week of pregnancy? Currently I am 16 weeks 4 days From past 2 days I am having nose bleeding, during midnight between 2 am and 3 am and I had it in my office yesterday at 3pm. My nose is bleeding continuously for at least 5 minutes. I called my doctor and explained the situation she said it is common and no need to worry...if it happens daily till 1 week then she asked me to go for ENT specialist. But I’m worried about this and will it effect baby?? Is anyone experiencing/experienced the same problem? Please give me your suggestions how to control this nose bleeding. Thanks in advance.
