Hello. I have PCOS and go months between periods. We have been try for 2 years but the last couple of months we just gave up and decided to live our life for a while. I started bleeding 9 days ago. Very heavy with clots (sorry tmi) and NO cramping what so ever. That is not normal for me. Every time I do start a period on my own I have horrible cramps for the first few days and my period only lasts 7 days. Ever time. Now it’s 9 days and still a super heavy flow.

Has anyone ever had this happen before? Not sure if I should go to the ER since I have no pain.
