Taking newborn for international travel

I am due in mid-November and want to take my baby with me to Mexico in January - likely for a month or two. Maybe 3 months.

Set up in Mexico is a house with all of the amenities in a great gated community with all of the comforts of home, close to shopping (Walmart, Costco etc) and 5 mins from an amazing hospital.

Outside of the vaccination issue (which is a whole other controversy onto itself), any reason why I shouldn’t do this?

I figure if I am going to be on maternity leave, I may as well take advantage and be in a comfortable and tropical environment. But maybe I’m not considering some aspects of this?
