Used products for a newborn??

So I’m going to this event today that will have “gently” used items for babies. Like cribs, baby gear etc. what are some things i prob shouldn’t get used??

Car seats. I feel like those should always be new. Other than that as long as it's great condition, it should be ok :)

Car seats are the only thing I don’t suggest buying used. (Of course, a used one is better than no car seat if you are financially unable to get a new one...but there are usually local programs that help obtain a safe one). Personally, I avoided used bottles, burp cloths, and other things like that, but that’s just a personal choice. Most newborn items truly are gently used since they grow so quickly, so it’s great to save a few bucks! Babies are expensive!

Car seats and just do a quick google search for recalls, I’ve gotten 90% of our stuff from consignment events - I’m obsessed 😝

I dont get carseats used. you never know if theyve been in an accident and are compromised. other than that I cant think of anything a place like that would sell that wouldnt be ok

Don’t get a used car seat - that and prob diapers 😂 (unless you’re using cloth).
