Pregnant and spotting

Has anyone else experienced spotting during pregnancy? I have been spotting since before I even found out I was pregnant. It ranges from a brown yellow color to a pink/orange. I did have a small bleed around my gestational sac that has already passed, but I’m still bleeding. This is my first pregnancy, so I am freaking out. Saw the heart beat last week and have another ultrasound a little over a week from now. Also experiencing periodic light cramping which adds to the fear 😫
