Fur baby help

My Great Dane is a year and a half and will literally smell until she bleeds! She’s constantly walking around smelling and her mouth is so droopy from the extra skin and it’s constantly being dragged and cut up. This is only something recent. At first we thought it was maybe a skin allergy but this just happened from going the bathroom. She’s going to the vet next week for her regular shots but any suggestions to prevent this? 😭😭 sorry about the pictures. She’s very energetic.
