DHEA and DHA
I just noticed that I must have confused DHEA for DHA and have taken a couple along with my prenatals. Does anyone know how this would affect my developing baby? I haven’t taken many though. I have an OB appointment soon and will ask my OB as well at my appointment. But I just want some reassurance that I didn’t harm my baby.
