Really bad cramping!!!

I had an ultrasound yesterday due to sharp pain. The gynae couldn’t find a sac. My last period was 22nd March so I am around the 5 week mark.

I had hcg bloods done yesterday and it came back 529. Have to go back in tomorrow to do another to see if it has risen! But today I am having the worst cramps like bad period pain. I don’t know if it could be from the gynaecologist prodding and poking so hard (they were really rough), or something is wrong or is this normal?
