How long can sperm live inside of you.

My partner and I had sex yesterday ( April 27th) it’s now April 28th. We are trying to conceive and I ovulate May 3rd. Glow said it would be best to have sex May 2nd but the problem is I’m going to be working like crazy starting tomorrow. I’m going to be working 10 hr shifts back to back. He works overnight and I’m not sure we’ll have the time again to baby dance when I’m actually ovulating. We’re both off today, but he just got home from work sleeping, and I have things to do around the house today. Do you think the sperm can survive that long for when the egg drops?
