pregnant?... Really confused

Hi all, back story I came off my pill in January, been having regular periods as soon as I came off the pill I went straight back to my usual 28 day cycle the last day of my last period was 31st of March so I'm late, 3 days ago I took a test and it's negative then today I realised I have breast milk :/, with my lg I did have breast milk at 15 weeks so was early but the midwife said normal but surly not normal if I'm not far enough to get a positive result, any advice welcome :)
