Just work on proportion. Like size of eyes compared to nose and mouth. Etc. It isn’t bad though.

Here are some of my drawings. I've been drawing for years and you're actually really good, I could give you a fee tips on proportions, though I don't have them down 100% yet either- as you can tell from these drawings. 😅

Sometimes I find that using this format is helpful to maintain symmetry.

Your features look awesome, but try a few sketches on grid paper or print off a few portraits of people and trace them over a light table to practice shading and proportions. That was the best way for me to learn. Use a softer lead for dark shading so the shadows are more pronounced. Get a kneaded eraser to clean up some of the smudges also. And for light face shading, try a blending stump or piece of tissue that you previously blended with. Also, try to envision the shape of the face as you're shading. This picture isn't done, but you can see the smudges outside my picture and in the eyes where I messed up the perspective and proportion. The shading on my lower jaw is also choppy, and the ears don't look the same.

If you're trying to draw someone in particular, you need to actually look at the shape of their head and features instead of drawing what you think they look like. Take the shape of the head you've drawn here for example, I highly doubt anyones head actually looks like that. And then you really need to work on proportions
