Could I be pregnant

Hello, so my boyfriend and I have been TTC and have been having lots of unprotected sex. Well the past week or two I have been feel really sick, my boobs hurt, feeling very sick to my stomach when I wake up, my feet are super swollen, peeing a lot. I took a test in the beginning of the month and it was negative but normally my period comes right on time never day late. Should I test again or wait? I also had a little bleeding when I woke up this morning.
