He said I should consider abortion.... 😞

I took a pregnancy test and it was a little faint.. taking another one in a little bit. We’re both 20, I just had a baby 3 months ago & we won’t be able to afford another baby .. but I don’t wanna have an abortion but I’m also not ready to have another baby ... but if we put the baby up for adoption., we’ll be sad knowing one of our kids are out there ............ Idk what to do ... we did everything we were supposed to do to not get pregnant & I’m so scared
