TEEN SEX?

So my boyfriend and I are 17 (legal in our country) and both consenting to sex. However, I get the vibe he doesn’t want to? I have a MUCH higher sex drive than him and he seems far less interested in sexytimes than I am, be it kissing, grinding or sex unless it involves just his penis.

We are both very busy and he has diagnosed depressive disorder. I’m a virgin and he is not. Any advice? It’s making me feel really unwanted and like there’s something wrong about me.
