How do you work out?
My #1 exercise is walking my dogs and doing patient care as my job (lots of walking, lifting, and squatting). I recently joined a gym and have been going to a barbell/ strength training class on Tuesdays, Pilates or yoga on Wednesdays, and Zumba on Saturdays. I try to stretch in the morning as soon as I get up and maybe yoga from YouTube in between. I have been sore every week from weight lifting so I need to find more time to stretch.
I am in between jobs so will have a week or two off so more time to tone! I won't talk about my eating habits because I have been HORRIBLE! Also, I gained at least 10 pounds around the holidays and thought I was pregnant early November so I binged heavily which was an even MORE horrible idea.
Anyway, enough about me. What are you ladies' routines?
