Can I Be??? TMI i think

Question

So i went to the my doctors appointment today and was told that i might be having twins.....im definitely pregnant with one. Im going back next week for another ultrasound for a confirmation on whether or not its 2 babies.  The way the doctor was acting i think  im pregnant with two. What do you think?

It’s possible I can see two ges sacs on one photo.

Same thing happened with me.. went in at 5 weeks and saw two sacs.. went back in at 8 weeks and saw only one heartbeat.. went back in at 13 weeks and no baby B. Just have to wait and see. “Baby a” sac push’s baby b sac away later in pregnancy.

i am 7 weeks pregnant with one baby. Heart rate is great. no issues.
