Ttc baby #2

Everyone says oh you're you just wait it takes time. Or be patient. I CANT! i have my son when i was 17 (so of course it wasn't planned) but now at 25 I'm married and we've tried for almost a year and half and nothing has worked. We've tried preseed, and preg prep and nothing still. I've talked with my Obgyn and she doesn't seemed concerned. I'm so impatient and we want a baby. Everyone around us is either having babies or announcing they are expecting. I just feel after this month if it doesn't happen we are just going to put it on rest for awhile.
