Cramping ladies that have gotten a BFP

Hi ladies so any that has gotten a BFP I haddd a tanish small amount of spotting Wednesday and it stopped that night now today my stomach is cramping like sharp pain or pinching almost it’s hard to explain I’m 8 dpo today what do you think is going on good sign ?
