Umm... how do you put in a tampon?

Hey guys! So, I’m in a bit of a dilemma... 😂. As you can see from the title, I need some help on how (and where quite frankly) you put in the tampon. So if any gals can help me out pls comment and save my young, clueless, soul. Thanks ladies!! 😘😘

If you are unfamiliar with your genitalia, I recommend getting a small handheld mirror and taking a look. Locate your vagina (reference image provided) and then follow these steps:
1. Wash your hands
2. Get into a comfortable position (sitting on toilet with legs spread, standing with one foot on toilet, sitting with one leg up, etc.)
3. Carefully place the tip of the tampon at your vaginal opening (you can do this with one hand and spread your lips with the other) at an angle upwards toward your back.
4. Gently begin to push the applicator inside. If you feel any pain, readjust your angle to see if it is more comfortable. 
5. One you feel your fingers hit the outside if your opening or the grip is at your opening, push the plunger in and then remove the applicator. 
6. Put the applicator back in the wrapper and throw away.
7. When disposing of the actual tampon later on, make sure you throw it away and DO NOT FLUSH. That can make for an awkward situation. 
If done correctly you should be able to feel it and there should be no pain. However everyone is different and has their own experiences. If you feel discomfort, maybe try pushing it up manually a little more with your finger, or taking it out and trying again with a new one.

Also don’t forget to change the tampon every 4-8 hours whether you need to or not. The longer a tampon is in the greater risk of toxic shock syndrome. I always got by the rule of thumb of changing every 7 hours.

Get the click one for starters lol . And put ur foot up on the toilet , and just like spread your flaps 😂 put it in and like push down and take it out and it stays in there 😂😂😂
