First pregnancy worries

Hello ladies, This is my first pregnancy and I'm am just a worry wart I am 7 weeks 2 days today and I have had diarrhea 2 times today and just this last go I had a lot of brown creamy fluid spotting when I went to use the toilet. I have no idea what to think I don't have any cramping other than the slight pulling sensation in my pelvic area like stretching. And my right side of my back feels like I pulled a muscle. Any comments or suggestions would greatly got help. Best of luck to all the mommies out there
