Overreacting or not

I am not sure if I am being hormonal and overreacting or not. The doctors office we go to simply didn’t get her bilirubin sample sent out to the lab when it was taken yesterday. Which was literally the only reason I had to drag my 2 day old to the doctors office and so now they want me to go get her poked again and squeezed again to fill up the tube again because they didn’t get it sent to the labs and now it’s old. I’m seriously so mad because I do not want to repeatedly poke my new baby because they can’t get their shit together. I’m so sad for her and so mad at them.
