Advice wanted

Hey guys, so ive been dating this guy for 2 years now. Since we first started I’ve found out about him trying to talk to multiple women. I forgave him (yes stupid I know) thought he was trying to change but it’s been the same thing for 2 years but if I talk to any male period he spazz out on me. I feel very unwanted &. I’m hurting so badly especially since I don’t have anyone to vent to. Have u guys had a guy who did u wrong?! What did u do differently to get them to realize what they’ve had? What should I do now?😢
