TTC 44

I’m on day 29 of my cycle on Femara. I woke up with a headache & had it all day. This is my 1st cycle on Femara since my tubes got cleared. It’s been a roller coaster. Almost 1 1/2 years. 1st I had a hsg that came back clear but the test was not done correctly. They were blocked! I had a feeling something wasn’t right so the end of last year I had another hsg that came back both tubes blocked! One tube was blocked by a fibroid I had that removed then I had another hsg in March & they flushed them & both were open. Thank God! But it has been long & drawn out! I feel like af is on its way! I hope not 😫. I tested on the 23rd it was negative. So I’m just having patience.
