Pregnant?

Wondering if some of you could explain this to me.

Me & my husband have been trying to conceive after an ectopic treated with methotrexate 3months ago. I got my period on April 10th and tracked my ovulation with a clear blue test and got a smiley face. Of course we were active and used preseed. A couple of days after I started getting mild pain on my left side and very bloated. Then a week later I have very tender breast & very milky like discharge. I don’t have any bleeding & I took an early test & got a negative.

Could I be in the early stages of pregnancy? Anyone experience this before ?
