Food Poisoning???

Question

Hi everyone. Im currently freaking out because I just ate a few bites of left over chicken which has spoiled. The food was fine yesterday but after a few bites I smelled the chicken and it was defenitly spoiled. Should I contact my Dr or wait to see if food poisoning symptom appear. Im currently 20 weeks pregnant.

I had food poisoning when I was 7 months or so and it sucked but didn’t impact my pregnancy, never ate papa johns again though

I got food poisoning at 25 weeks pregnant. It was horrible and I was admitted to hospital in the end because I couldn’t keep even a sip of water down but my baby is now a bouncing, cheeky monkey who is coming up to 3 :) He kicked away which didn’t help the sickness but was reassuring! 
I hope you don’t get it but if you do, and you can’t keep anything down after 12ish hours I would look at contacting someone. I had a lot of ketones present.

I’ve had food poisoning twice during my pregnancy and the only thing was making sure i stayed hydrated enough. Other than that I was fine just drink a lot of water.
