Too much masturbation messing up my cycle ??

Long story short, I have recently begun a new long distance relationship and we’re just doing what we can with the sexy stuff, but it’s pretty often, at least once a day, and for the second month in a row, my period has started 3-5 days earlier than it’s scheduled to. Is the “sexual activity” messing that up ?? It’s not lasting any longer than usual, which is 4-5 days, it’s just starting sooner than it says it’s scheduled to, and it’s actually kinda a bummer tbh lmao
