Early miscarriage?

Hey ladies...

Let me start off by giving you a tiny run down of what’s been happening.

I started my 10 day Provera poll to jumpstart my period on 4/14/18 and ended the pill on 4/23/18

I took a test on 4/25/18 and it came back faint positive but since I didn’t pay it much attention being it was an $0.88 test and all. Well on today I took another test and it came back positive. Mind you I’m 5 days off of taking Provera and didn’t have any sign of a period until now.. I started bleeding but only when I wipe. It’s a darker red color but I’m afraid this might end in a miscarriage being the pill was to jumpstart my period. Any advice?
