Could having Gastro affect getting pregnant? TMI

I’m smack bang in the middle of my TWW. I have really bad diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pains but no fever. I just feel so weak. Can’t keep water in, it just goes straight through and food comes the other way.

Could this affect my chances of getting a BFP this month?
