Withdrawal bleed after norethisterone

Has anyone taken norethisterone for heavy pro longed bleeding ? I was prescribed it, and I've just finished a 10 day course 3 days ago. It says on the leaflet you may get a withdrawal bleed 3-4 days after finishing the course. All I've had is a really sharp pain in my side, a little cramping in my tummy and the tiniest bit of pink when I wipe. According to glow on my normal cycle i should be 7dpo af due in 9 days. I just wanted to know if anyone's taken these and knows if I do get an withdrawel bleed how long will it last ? And how heavy would it be ? I've tried googling it and read the information leaflet but doesn't give you a straight answer.
