Can I wear my Apple Watch on my right hand?

So I just bought the Apple iwatch 3 series, I’m just wondering can I wear it on my right wrist? Like would it affect the performance of the watch if I wear it on my right wrist?

No, you can definitely wear it in your right wrist BUT you have to set it up for your right wrist. 
On the app Apple Watch it has a choice of picking which wrist you want to use

I wear mine on my right hand and it works just fine 🤷🏾‍♀️I mainly use mine for working out.

You may just need to go into settings to change to dominant/non dominant hand. I don’t have an Apple Watch but I assume it’s similar to Garmin with the set up.
