Think I could be further on

I’m not sure how far on I am and won’t know I don’t think for a while. I have been breast feeding and haven’t had a period I had a small bleed on the 15th March for 2 days would guess could have been implantation.

I’m sure I have just felt movements!! I’ve just been laid in bed for and felt something around my belly button area. Defiantly wasn’t wind And then it happened again a few hours later when I was laid down!

I don’t want to sound stupid but I can’t explain the feeling as anything else and this is my 3rd pregnancy!

Can anyone help?!
